Ok i turned my ankle badly at bball practice and that ankle is really weak anyway. I wasnt allowed to practice the rest of that week. My ankle has stopped swelling but now my calf on that same leg my ankle was hurt, hurts. It feels like that muslce has been strecthed to much or not strecthed enough but I stretch all the time? I was wondering what it was thats hurt
and if I should not practice tuesday.?
