I'v adopted a bear from a kellogs cornflakes pack but it hasnt arrived yet...why?

what type of bear is this because it could be like if you adopt a animal in a zoo, when you have adopted it but they look after it, and your just giving money towards it. I am sorry if i have dissapointed you, If you could write back to me to tell me the news :)
