Workout approval?Yes or No?
Im 16 yrs old male 5'3.5 and 135 lbs. will this be enugh for me to lose weight and gain some abs and chest muscles?but more important will i lose body fat with this routine and how long will it take ok here goes:3 times at the end of the week a workout with a personal trainer,my diet is good,no sodas,no junk food,rarely any chocolates maybe 1 or 2 100 calorie bars,no nachos,no cakes,barely any bread only at lunch and dinner and after i workout i have a protein drink,,,,and maybe ill hop on the treadmill like on a Sat. added on to those 3 days once in a while so is that good???will i lose fat?
