Is this healthy meals for a day?

it is definatley healthy...you just want to make sure you are getting enough of the food..you just dont want to be depriving yourself of nutrients...which if you eat enough of the above...you definatley wont be plenty of protien and carbs to get you through - - i noticed you said one gl of water...you can drink more....its still calorie free...
