Low sperm count after vasectomy reversal??

My husband had a vasectomy reversal march 1st of this year.. we just had a SA done and it determined that his count was 2.5 mil which is considered low, rapid prog motility=10% which is considered low, sluggish motility=30% which is considered low, inert motility=60% which is considered high, morphology=40% normal which is considered low..My question is has anyone had numbers like these and still conceive and is there anything that anyone can suggest to increase these numbers? Any help would be appreciated..serious answers only please..thank you
