How to get rid of flaky patches on face?

So I used this acne kit that I think I had an allergic reaction to, and it made my skin burn, severly dry, and horrible patchiness all over my face. When I put foundation on, it looks horrible!! Is there anyway I can clear it up fast because I usually have smooths skin, and picture day is tomorrow! How long will it take to clear up? Thankyou so soo much!
