What is the Magnetic Toy that spins back and forth?

I've had this toy back when I was young in the 70's and just recently saw it on a movie called Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium. It's handheld and you basically move it in a way the magnet rolls and goes around and under and as long as you keep moving it, it will keep on going. What is it?
