Girls, how do u usually react when u see a guy wearing thin loose sweatpants that show the shape of his bulge?

I think "weiner!!!" for a few seconds and then move along with my day. Of course, if the guy is not someone I'd find attractive (like an old gym coach, haha) ... I wouldn't even look anyway in the vicinity if he were wearing sweatpants...
