How to force my parents to move from countryside?

Every summer our family moves to the countryside and renting small barn there. Parents are going to job at morning and i will stay there with grandma and little brother(he is really annoying 4 years old). I have no friends there there are nothing to do and i am bored. We are moving to the city in 10 or some more days but i just cant be there anymore. Right now i am at my city home and typing this because there are no computer in countryside. I need to join gym and prepare for next school year. But when i said this parents shouted at me that i cant live without videogame and they said that i am selfish because my little brother need fresh air. What to do?
