used to smoke ganja EVERY night because i couldnt fall asleep if i wasnt high. (dont judge.) ive grown up a bit and now that im not smokin as much, is there anything i can do to help me fall asleep quicker? itll take me 2 to 3 hours after i go to bed to actually fall asleep. i cant go to bed 2-3 hours earlier either, so besides pills, alcohol, or other drugs.. what can i do to just sleep? also, music gets me hyped. even clical-tried it. thaks :)
