Restoring a compaq sr1303wm?

ok i got a virius and when it was deleted it messed up the computer. so i need to do a recovery. I bought the disk online from compaq, because they didnt come with the computer when purchased. when i start the recovery it says incert disk 1. i put in the disk and it acts like it tries to read it but the spits it back out. i have spent hours back and fourth with compaq. the will not help me! the do not stand behind there products thats for sure! neways one person said they r the wrong disk, one said they are bad disk, another said that there is setting in the computer that must be changed before i can do the recovery. doesn anyone know what is going on withthis. i do not that it was not a bad disk because i ordered a nother set. still unsure as to weather or not they r the right ones!!! i know i ordered that rights ones weather or not they sent them is another story!! please help
