My son is 4 mths and I think well I know he is teething but he keeps on boo booing?

He boo boos when he pes gas and he is doing it about 6 times a day I do not want to waste money and go to the doctor and they say give him pedialite and etc do you all know some type of medicine to give him he will be 5 mths on the 18th of this mth.
