Is The United States of America the Great Babylon described in Revelation 18?

I have read this scripture over and over and yes I do think it is America. It is definately a nation because it says the other kings(nations) committed fornication with her. Iran is saying that they will destroy America before they try to destroy Israel. Their number one friend is Russia. Yes I think it is.
