Is my rabbit pregnant?

i have a 9 mth old rabbit (male) and 6 mth female both living with guinnie pigs they have all bn fine till mth ago both male and female started to fight them she has become aggressive and teats are getting bigger is she pregnant and should i take her out as male is fine with guinnie pigs without her pls give me some info should i isolate her on her own x
