HW: Newspaper article on ALCATRAZ......?

I am making a newspaper for America in 1963. i am writing an editorial (Opinion piece) on the question about the closing down of Alcatraz, good or Bad? also maybe something about Kennedy asination, accident or on purpous? anyway, i need to get a catchy headline. please help?
