Frequency measuring software?

I need a software that can measure the frequency of sound. I want to measure the frequency of guitar harmonics, i.e., the fundamentals and overtones. I downloaded some softwares like Visual yser but I couldnt figure out how to use it right. :| could you please suggest some good and easy to use software? Thanks a lot.
