Anyone know this song? its really annoying me now?

heard this song the other day and i really wanna know what it is. it says "skin and bones" a lot in the chorus and the phrase "do you want to be skin and bones?" is said before the chorus. sounds like David Bowie or the Pet Shop Boys. cheers
